Introduction

Fresh fruit, walnuts, and nonfat light vanilla yogurt create a tasty breakfast or a sweet dessert. Fresh fruit, walnuts, and nonfat light vanilla yogurt create a tasty breakfast or a sweet dessert.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups of fresh seedless grapes
    1 medium banana, sliced
    1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
    1/2 grapefruit, in segments
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
    1 8 oz. container of nonfat light yogurt (with artificial sweetner)

Directions

1. Combine the fruit in a bowl.
2. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
3. Add yogurt.
4. Mix well.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Use whatever fruit you have on hand. Please note that this does NOT save well, so try to use it within a day or two!
