Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/4 C extra-virgin olive oil
    2 tsp balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp fine sea salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    ---------------
    6 C mixed salad greens
    1/3 C golden raisins
    2 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
    1/4 C coursely chopped walnuts
    --------------
    2 C diced unpeeled apples

Directions

In a salad bowl, combine the first five ingredients and whisk. Set aside for at least 30 minutes and upto 2 hours.

Add the next four ingredients and toss no more than 15 minutes before serving.

Just before serving, add apples and toss again.
