Bean Salad

Ingredients

    1 can pinto beans
    1 can red beans or kidney beans
    1 can wax beans
    1 can green beans
    1 tbsp dried minced onion
    1/2 cup splenda
    2/3 cup vinegar

Directions

Drain the four cans of beans, add the onion and any other desired seasonings. Heat the vinegar and sugar in microwave to dissolve the sugar. Pour over beans and stir.

Makes about 7.5 cups. serving size 1/2 cup
