Green Chile Chicken Casserole
IntroductionThis is an old recipe of mine that I changed to a lower fat version. My husband loves it and likes me to add a small can of jalapeno peppers to spice it up.
This is also a very good size serving - you will be full and satisfied. This is an old recipe of mine that I changed to a lower fat version. My husband loves it and likes me to add a small can of jalapeno peppers to spice it up.

This was really good! Reminds me the spinach/artichoke dip at O'Charley's. I made this for my weight loss group at work and they liked it a lot. I am enjoying trying these recipes and knowing I can look forward to having something besides a baked chicken breast and veggies! - 8/18/11
I made this last night and was awesome! Im not a fan of chips in food so I subsituted fresh broccoli cuts on bottom of pan. I also added some chopped mushrooms and celery (cuz I had it), it was awesome. The only thing I missed was the jalapenos!!! Bummer. but it was easy and will make again! - 8/14/08
