Garam Masala Dip

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups fat free yogurt
    1/2 large cucumber, minced
    1/2 onion, minced
    2 plum tomatoes, chopped
    1 teaspoon garam masala
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Chop/mince onion, cucumber and tomato (and garlic if you use fresh)
2. Mix together with yogurt, garam masala, garlic powder and salt.
3. Refrigerate.

Serve with warm pita.
