Directions
Brown the ground chuck and add the bell peppers and frozen onion (optional).
Drain the beef and add to a stock pot. Add the diced tomatoes, chili beans, dark red kidney beans, diced celery and tomato juice.
Bring to a boil and add chili powder and cumin to taste.
