Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey, 93%
    1 can tomato soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1 box au gratin potatoes
    2/3 cup skim milk
    2 tsp worchestershire sauce
    1 1/2 cups water

Directions

Cook turkey, onion, green pepper, and celery together in an oven proof skillet. Add au gratin potatoes, dry mix, soup, water, milk, worchestershire sauce. Stir well. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serves 6.
