Ingredients

20 baby carrots
2 Tbsp. Smart Balance spread (with flax, 50 cals per Tbsp.)
2 packets of splenda (less if this is too sweet)
salt & apple pie spice to taste
Directions
Cut carrots to baby carrot size.
Steam carrots in microwave (filling bottom of steamer with water) until almost tender (about 15 minutes).
Transfer to a small skillet, add spread, slenda, salt & spice.
Saute till carrots are fork tender, and glaze is thick.
