16 ozs (about 2) bonless, skinless chicen breast halves (cooked and cut into cubes)
1 (16 oz) package of your favorate frozen veggies pre-prepared as directed on package
1 12 oz can fat free evaporated milk
1 can 99% fat free chicken broth (14.5 oz)
1/4 cup light margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon onion powder (or to taste)
