Zucchini Casserole

Introduction

I know it sounds terrible but it tastes wonderful! I know it sounds terrible but it tastes wonderful!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Instead of beef you can use 6 oz crab or tuna(canned in water)
    also the Oregano can be omitted.
    I like to add the Breakfast Sausage spice recipe to my ground beef. It taste just like if not better than sausage and it is cheaper and better for you than sausage.

Directions

-Heat oven to 400 degrees.
-You will need a 9x13 or 12x7 casserole dish, You can grease the dish but it is not necessary.
-If using ground beef or pork be sure to brown it in a pan and crush it up as if you were making hamburger helper.
-Mix everything except the dry ingredients together in the casserole dish.
-Mix the dry ingredients seperate and then add it into the mixture.
-Bake uncovered until golden brown 25-30min. -Garnish w/zucchini slices if desired.
