1.5 pound ground sirloin
2-15oz cans of diced tomatoes
1 can green chilis
1-15 oz can black beans
4 cups fat free chicken broth
1 cup frozen whole kernnel corn
1 clove garlic chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1Tablespoon ground cumin
1 Tablespoon chili powder
2 Packets Old El Paso taco seasoning
Bring to a boil then turn down and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
I add a half cup of chopped cilantro to the pot when it is finished cooking.
Appx 10 servings
