Cranberry Pear Cobbler

Ingredients

    3 pears, sliced
    3 cups frozen cranberries
    1/2 cup sugar
    nutmeg
    ground cloves
    cinnamon

    1 1/2 cups oatmeal, dry
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp oil
    1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt

Directions

Combine pears, cranberries, sugar and spices in a bowl. Stir well and spread over the bottom of an 8x12 baking pan.

Combine oats, sugar, oil and yogurt, and sprinkle over fruit.

Bake for 40 - 50 minutes at 350, or until topping looks golden.
