Introduction

This is a protein shake that I drink for breakfast and lunch. This is a protein shake that I drink for breakfast and lunch.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 Scoops EAS Protein Powder
    8 oz of 1% Skim Milk
    2 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice

    1/2 cup mixed fruit (optional) if you do not want to use the spice.


Directions

Mix all ingredients into a blender until smooth. Drink Up!! Wonderful!!!!
