Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Green Beans (snap), .5 cup
    Molasses, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

toss all the veggies in a pan and saute with olive oil.. add ginger root (fresh is best) and molasses and cover for 2 mins. Veggies have an earthy sweet taste..great with spicey or salty meats. You can use whatever veggies you want.
