Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

Chicken Breast (skinless, bonless) - 4
    Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
    Garlic Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - 2 dashes (to taste)
    Pepper - to taste
98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup - 2 of 10.75oz cans
Stuffing - 6 servings of your favorite
Frozen Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots - 4 cups

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and brown in a skillet with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Season to taste. You want the chicken to be almost over-flavored to make the end-result perfect!

Prepare 1 box or 6 servings of your favorite stuffing (we use Stove Top) using the stove-top directions.

In a casserole dish, combine frozen vegetables, cooked chicken, and cream of chicken soup. Mix all ingredients evenly throughout. Top the entire thing with prepared stuffing.

Bake for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, until veggies are fork-tender.

Feed the family a very filling and flavorful meal!
