this makes enough for 4 - 10 inch pizzas (8 slices each)
it is necessary to let this rise in the fridge 24 hours, plan ahead

Ingredients

    6-8oz warm water
    3.5 cups organic white flour
    1 tbsp olive oil
    .25 oz (one packet) yeast


Directions

put all ingredients in bread machine according to manufaturers suggestion.
process on dough cycle, but stop machine when it starts the kneeding portion of the cycle and remove dough.
put in a oiled bowl (covered) in the fridge overnight.
bring to room temp to roll out. do this on well floured surface. roll out to 1/8-1/16" thickness
pre-bake 4-10 minutes before topping. best to prick crust all over with a fork.
