Introduction

Ingredients

    3 ears of corn with the corn pulled off the ear
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 red pepper, sliced
    3 cloves of garlic
    1/4 water
    Salt and pepper
    Butter

Directions

Warm the butter in a frying pan and add everything but the water. Season to your taste with Old Bay, Chili powder or just Salt N" Pepper. Then fry the corn around for about 5 mins. Add the water and cover until vegis are soft. Add water if needed.
