Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped Mushrooms,
    1 small onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves chopped
    3/4 cup chopped Broccoli and 3/4 cup chopped Cauliflower
    low fat can of cream of mushroom soup, low sodium.
    1 cup of low fat or fat free, shredded cheddar cheese.

Directions

Saute, mushroom, onions & garlic.
Steam broccoli and cauliflower to tender crisp
Layer ingredients in casseroll dish, mushroom mix, 1/3 of soup, broccolli and cauliflower till to top. I use 1 1/2 qt. dish. top with remaining cheese and bake for 20minutes in 425, oven until bubbly and little brown on top.
