Introduction

Got this recipe from Family Circle and switched out to whole wheat crackers and reduced fat parm to make it a little healthier. Very tasty and easy to prepare! Ingredients

    18 Whole Wheat Ritz Crackers
    1/4 cup Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
    3 Tbsp Olive Oil
    3/4 tsp dried basil
    4 Tilapia Filets (about 1 pound total)
    2 Tbsp spcy Brown Mustard

Directions

Heat oven to 425. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Crush crackers in a plastic bag. Add cheese, oil & basil and shake to combine. Place tilapia on dish and brush tip of each with mustard. Press cracker mixtrue onto mustard coated filets. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 4.
