"Ham" Salad

Introduction

Ingredients

    A package of beef and pork bologna that is not sliced
    Half a package of block cheddar cheese
    One large pickle
    One medium sized carrot
    Two hard boiled eggs
    Half a cup of Mayo, light, reg or fat free (recipe calculations based on regular)

Directions

One at a time add ingredients into food processor until each is chopped finely. Combine into a bowl, add mayo and mix well. Serve as a dip for crackers or chips, or can be used as a sandwich staple. Tastes great! Serving size, about two table spoons, servings about 20.
