Combine marinade ingredients in large bowl. Add 2 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned. Cover and marinate in refrigerator up to 1/2 hour. Remove chicken from marinade, discard the excess marinade, and grill 8-10 minutes per side, or until chicken is fork tender and no pink remains. Serve hot or cold.
