1 eggbeater any kind
1/2 C bread crumbs any kind
4 tb. ketchup any kind
1/2 C onions chopped fine
16 oz. ground sirloin 10% fat
salt & pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic grated
Into a medium size bowl add ground beef and all other ingredients. Mix well shape into oval loaf in 8" pan. make 2 indentions across loaf on an angle fill with ketchup.
Instead of adding ketchup you can use cream of muchroom soup, barbeque sauce, or anything you would like.
