3 pounds peaches, pitted (approx. 12 med.)
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. plain fat free yogurt
Put frozen pieces in a bowl with sugar and mix briefly. (The original recipe said use a food processor. I don't have one, so I tried the blender. Let's just say the hand mixer worked better for me.) Add the yogurt and pulse until mixture is smooth. Empty into small containers and freeze for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve.
