bulgur, dry, 1 cup, cooked
1 medium minced apple with peel
50 gr raisins
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup ff milk, heated
.33 cup maple syrup
30 grams chopped pecans
cook bulgur in advance, prepare the rest of the indgredients. Heat milk, divide all into 4 bowls, add milk, serve.
Many possibilities here, craisins instead of raisins, no maple and use sugar, no nuts, different fruit....
