Gluten Free Spicy Prawns for 2

Ingredients

    200g - Shrimps, raw
    30g - Onions
    30g - French Beans
    30g - Asparagus
    1tbsp - Extra virgin Olive Oil
    1tbsp - Thai Chili Sauce
    50g - Thai Choice Vermicilli

Directions

Soak 50g Vermicilli in hot water till soft and drain. In a wok add 1tbsp Olive Oil and when hot add 30grms of Onions, French Beans and Asparagus fry for no longer than 5 mins, add the Prawns and stir fry for about 6-7 mins. Add the Vermicilli and 1tbsp of Chili Sauce, stir in with all the ingredients for about 3 minutes. Serve in a warm bowl.
