Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef from sirloin
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 med or half of large onion chopped
    2 fresh tomatoes chopped
    taco seasoning, 1 pack
    1/4 tsp garlic
    pepper
    1/4 c shredded sharp cheese
    Elbow macaroni
    olive oil, light or reg.

Directions

first put 2 tbsp of evoo in dutch oven get hot the put in chopped peppers, onion, garlic, gr beef 93% FF add pack of taco seasoni meanwhile, cook elbow macaroni as instructed. on package brown or white. Drain and add 1 cup to meat mixture when almost done sprinkle with sharp shredded cheese.
