Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
    1 can black beans
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp Herb ox chicken seasoning

    cooked rice

Directions

cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
add chicken to skillet and cook till no longer pink.
drain beans and rinse
add beans, chilies, and corn to chicken
(add water if needed to prevent sticking)
add spices and seasoning.
cook until corn is tender.

Serve with rice.
