Crockpot Salsa Chicken

Introduction

Serve over rice.
Add tortilla chips and eat as a soup.
Put in low fat/high fiber tortilla

Ingredients

    1 cup fat-free chicken broth
    1 jar salsa (16 oz)
    1 pk Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix
    1 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 can of black beans
    1 can of corn
    1 cup Kraft 2% Milk Natural Cheese Mexican four cheese shreds
    1 cup reduced-fat sour cream

Directions

Mix all but the last 2 ingredients in the crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Take chicken out and shred, add 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup grated cheese to the sauce, put chicken back in crockpot and mix together.
