Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 slices light whole wheat bread
    1 lb bulk turkey sausage
    1 cup grated or shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese.
    1.5 cups Original Eggbeaters
    2 cups fat-free milk
    1 tsp salt and a dash of pepper.



Directions

Tear up 4 slices light whole wheat bread
Place in greased baking dish (13x9x2)
Brown and drain 1 lb bulk turkey sausage.
Spoon turkey sausage over bread.
Sprinkle with 1 cup grated or shredded reduced or no fat cheddar cheese.
Beat together in a separate bowl:
6 eggs, (low or no fat / cholesterol Eggbeaters)
2 cups fat-free milk
1 tsp salt and a dash of pepper.
Pour over mixture in baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cut into individual serving pieces.
Serves 8 to 12. (Recipe is calculated for 12 servings.)
