French Fish

Ingredients

    4 - 3oz Orange Roughy Filets
    1/4 c. fat free French Dressing
    2 T. grated Parmesan cheese(low fat)
    2 T. minced onion flakes
    1 T. lemon juice
    1 T. water

Directions

Place fish in baking dish. Combine all ingredients and pour over fish. Cover tightly and refrigerate over night. Bake uncovered in 350 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes. Trun on broiler and broil until fish is golden on top.
