Introduction

Fresh marinated cucumbers, tomatoes... Fresh marinated cucumbers, tomatoes...
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 c. cut upRoma Tomatoes
    2 c. diced cucumbers
    1/2 c. sliced red onions
    1/2 c. sliced bell peppers
    1/2 c. chopped yellow peppers
    6 Tbs. Fat Free Italian dressing
    6 Tbs. Red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. italian seasoning

Directions

Cut up all ingredients and place in a large container with lid. Add dressing, vinegar and seasoning. Let marinate overnight. The longer it sits the better it gets!
