Tuna and Veggie Medley

Introduction

Ingredients

    1Can/5oz Tuna
    1C Broccoli, fresh
    1/4Medium/Large Onion, roughly chopped
    1C Zucchini, sliced
    2tbsp Salsa

Directions

1.Steam broccoli in a small sauce pan until you can pierce with a fork.
2.Saute zucchini and onions until soft and translucent. Season with your favorite spices. Garlic salt and pepper go together very well.
3. Add tuna and broccoli to the onions/zucchini and cook until tuna is warmed.
4.Add two tbsp of your favorite salsa and stir together. (calories will change depending on the salsa you use)
5.Remove from heat when contents are well mixed.
6.Fits easily into a wrap, or eat plain out of a bowl. Its a light and filling meal that packs a lot of protein and won't leave you hungry.
