Pat's Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry

Ingredients

    *Canola Oil, 2 Tbs.
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, sliced
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Chicken breast (canned), 8 oz
    *Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce, 4 tbsp

Directions

Bring Canola oil to temperature in a hot wok or large frying pan. Add celery, onions, and carrots. Stir briskly until onions are translucent, and carrots are tender. Add zucchini and chicken. Stir until zucchini are tender. Stir in sauce. Serve with steamed rice. Makes 4 servings.
