Introduction

depending on how much rice you use this could be a very high-protein, low-carb entree depending on how much rice you use this could be a very high-protein, low-carb entree
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Cooked brown rice
    cooked chick peas
    yam
    garlic
    broccoli
    oil
    parsley
    coconut milk or fat
    natural local hamburger
    soy sauce and or salt
    currry powder
    chili powder
    cream
    butter
    hummous (chickpeas blended with raw garlic, tahini, oil, salt, cumin, parsley, pepper, and lemon or vinager)

Directions

saute:

onions
hamburger
chopped yam
in oil and coconut (coconut from imported food section of grocery store)
On medium heat with:
celery
parsley
curry
partially crushed cooked chick peas, saute above before adding cooked rice, and finely ch0pped broccoli

soy sauce
salt
chili powder
to taste

reduce to Low heat, cover for 10 mins, uncover for 5 mins

serve topped with hummous, cream, and butter.
