Ingredients

    1 package frozen Spinach
    1 16 oz. Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise
    1.5 cups Parmesan Cheese
    1 can medium Artichoke hearts
    1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
    Can you bread of choice for dipping or Wheat Thins

Directions

Cook spinach and drain
Blend Spinach, Sour Cream and Knorr Vegetable mix in bowl. Then add Mayo, Parmesan Cheese and chopped artichoke hearts in bowl.
Bake for 30 mins on 350 (or more if needed)
