This is my mom's home made chicken salad that she made up for my wedding shower. It was a hit and had people asking her for the recipe. She doubled all the ingredients for the shower. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 breast, bone and skin
    * Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    * 1.25 bottles (8oz) kraft coleslaw dressing,
    * Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 3 tbsp
    pepper
    garlic powder
    parsley flakes
    celery salt
    reg salt

Directions

Boil chicken till done. cut up fine. add finely chopped onion and green pepper and remaining ingredients. add the salt to your liking.

Eat with lettuce on on dinner rolls
1 cup servings- can make 4 dinner rolls
