2 cups basil leaves 1/8 cup olive oil 3/8 cup parmesan 2 garlic cloves salt & pepper to taste
Place basil, parmesan, garlic salt & pepper in a small food processor and pulse until chopped. Add olive oil while running. Scrape sides and run again until well chopped and mixed. Makes 17 Tablespoons.
