8 oz Cream Cheese (fat free)
8 oz Sour Cream (reduced fat)
1 Package Taco Seasoning
2 c Shredded Cheese (cheddar, colby-jack, or Mexican blend)
3 c Shredded Lettuce
Tortilla chips and other dippers
Other diced vegetables optional (tomatoes, olives, onion, bell pepper, etc.)
Spread mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish or two pie plates.
Layer cheese and lettuce on top. Add other vegetables as desired.
Refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips or other dippers.
Makes 16 1/4-cup servings.
