Spinach, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) (thawed and drained)
Pizza Crust Dough
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
Pesto Sauce, 0.25 cup
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
