Tofu with Chickpea curry

Ingredients

    1 TBS Cumin powder
    1 TBS ground Ginger
    2 TBS dried Parsley
    1 package Chickpeas Curry (Pindi Chana Masala), Kohinoor, 100 gram(s)
    1 LaTortilla Factory Low Fat/Low Sodium Tortilla
    NaSoya Organic firm tofu 1/5 package is serving size, 79 gram(s)
    1 TBS Olive Oil
    1/2 Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 spicy chili pepper Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    1 thin slice of Onion chopped
    2 cloves Garlic chopped

Directions

Chop garlic, chili pepper, onion & bell pepper to desired size. Set aside 1 TBS chopped chili pepper & onion.
Cube tofu, set aside
Heat oil in small skillet, add garlic, 1/2 chili pepper,& onion, saute until almost done. Add 1/2 the tofu and gently toss until tofu is lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
Add cumin, ginger & Parsley & mix well.

Open packet of chickpea curry-Pindi Chana Masala, empty packet into microwaveable bowl. Add tofu mixture with the rest of the peppers, onion & tofu. Tear several pieces of cilantro and mix in. Microwave on high 2 minutes, stir.

You can add 1 serving to 1 tortilla wrap and eat or serve tortilla on the side.
Add more or less spice to your taste.
