Peanut Butter Bread

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 cups sifted flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup creammy peanut butter
    1 beaten egg
    1 cup milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in Jif with a fork.
Add egg and milk, stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
Pour into a 9 inch losf pan.
Bake in oven at 350 for about an hour or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
