Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients



    * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * All Purpose Flour, Pillsbury, 1 cup (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Milk, 2%, .75 cup (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Semisweet chocolate, .5 cup mini chips (remove)

Directions

beat eggs til light and fluffy, add milk and oil, stir. Mix dry ingredients together and then stir in to egg/milk mixture. add chips lastly and stir. Use 1/4 cup to place batter on griddle preheated to 350degrees.
Enjoy. Makes 8 pancakes.
