Introduction

Very easy to mix up. Excellent summer salad. Very easy to mix up. Excellent summer salad.
Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    1-15 oz. can red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
    1-15 oz. can chick peas, drained & rinsed
    1-15 oz. can green beans, drained
    1-15 oz. can diced Italtian tomatoes, drained
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 C diced onion
    1 1/2 C frozen peas
    1 1/2 C frozen corn
    1 minced garlic clove
    3 T cider vinegar
    2 T canola oil
    1 t salt
    pepper to taste

Directions

Mix first eight ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together remaining ingredients in a smaller bowl. Pour over vegetable mix and toss together. Chill for at least 4 hours. Makes about 25-1/2 C servings.
