Introduction

The original recipe was found without the mint listed. Hard to make mint pesto without knowing how much to use. Since most recipes called for equal portions that is what is preferred here. Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups basil, fresh *
    1 1/2 cups mint, fresh *
    1/4 cup olive oil
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

In a food processor combine mint, basil, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic and salt, cover and process until almost smooth. Transfer to a small bowl to serve.
