    Half and Half Cream, 1/4 cup,Onions, raw, 1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia),Peas and carrots, canned, 3.5 cup,*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .2 TBSP,Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz),*Sliced White Potatoes in Can, 1 cup,Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook,Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp,Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9",Salt, 1 tsp,Pepper, black, 1 tsp,Garlic, 1 clove,Pepper, red or cayenne, 1/2 tsp,*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

HEAT OLIVE OIL IN PAN.SAUTE CHOPPED ONIONS AND GARLIC UNTIL SOFT.STIR IN PEAS AND CARROTS AND POTATOES.ADD HALF AND HALF CREAM AND FLOUR.ADD CHICKEN BROTH BRING TO A BOIL.ADD SALT AND PEPPER AND THE CHICKEN LET IT COME TO A BOIL AGAIN ADD CILANTRO AND CAYENNE PEPPER.PUT IN PIE CRUSTSTICK IN OVEN ON 350 PREHEATED FOR ABOUT 30 TP 45 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.MAKE SURE CRUST IS DEEP CRUST.
