Ingredients

6-8 thin cut pork chops
2 cans Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cans of non-fat milk
1 can mushroom pieces
2 cups of white rice
Directions
Serving Size: 1 pork chop and 1/2 c. of sauce and rice.
In crockpot combine 2 cans of soup and 2 cans of milk, stir until combined. Stir in 2 cups of rice. Lay porkchops (frozen or fresh) on top. Cook on Low for 6 hours. Then serve and enjoy!
