Introduction

Ingredients

Butter, salted, 1 stick
*Sucralose (like Splenda) 1 half cup
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Vanilla Extract 1/2 teaspoon
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original 1 tablespoon
Bob's Red Mill Alomd Flour 1 1/4 cup
Salt 1/8 teaspoon
Baking Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Directions
Cream your butter, splenda and egg.
Add vanilla and almond milk next.
Then add all your dry ingredients.
You could change it up and use another flavor of extract, or add a shake of cinnamon.
Drop by round teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.
Bake 350 degrees for exactly 20 minutes.
Makes 18 average size cookies.
