Julie's pumpkin muffins (WW 3)

Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.5 cup
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.75 cup
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *Egg white, 2 serving
    Flour,self rising, 2.5 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Batter will be thick.
Bake @350 for 8-10 minutes makes 12 servings
