Perfect Pasta Salad

Introduction

Whole grain pasta in any shape or form and lite salad dressing - toss in some lightly steamed veggies and crab meat and it is a meal! I call this perfect pasta salad because I only add stuff I really like - sometimes I add marinated artichoke hearts, black olives, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes are great too. Ingredients

    *Pasta, whole wheat elbows, 8 oz (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, .5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Newman's Own Lighten Up Light Italian Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 4 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Boil pasta until fully cooked. Add raw carrots and broccoli during the last 3 minutes so they are lightly cooked. Add remaining ingredients. Add salad dressing to your tastes and refrigerate before serving for best flavor.
