Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 8 oz
Egg white, 4 serving
Oat Flour, 0.75 cup
SweetLeaf Stevia Plus, 1 serving
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 dash
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 tsp
If frothy, let sit for 5 - 10 minutes
Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter at a time into a 7 or 8 inch heated, cooking spray greased pan.
A nonstick pan works well (or a crepe maker).
Tilt the pan until the batter reaches all sides.
When the bottom is lightly browned, flip the crepe and lightly brown the other side. Crepes are best when thin.
Serve filled with apple or pear filling or a plum sauce is also good.
